Zine and Print Fest at Flagler College

The Department of Visual Art at Flagler College, and the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum will host the second annual Zine and Print Fest on Friday, Dec. 6 from 5 to 8 p.m., in conjunction with First Friday Art Walk. Otis Sanders will make a special musical appearance from 6 to 6:30 p.m. and Dorian Lopez, who entertains using the name Papi Disco, will be spinning tunes.
This event is organized by Assistant Professor of Art Jason Schwab, and Assistant Professor of Graphic Design Chris Smith. Each of the 32 students from Schwab’s Book Arts course and Smith’s Screen Printing course will be selling zines, artist books, screen prints, and other printed materials which have been created throughout the semester. All sales will be cash only, and proceeds will go directly to the student artists.

The museum’s hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, 12 to 4 p.m., while classes are in session.
